How to enter a pickup request in SmartERP

 
 

Login

After activating your account, log in under the first box, “Sign in to SmartERP,” with your email and password.

 

Create

Click on the blue button titled “New Job Request.”

 

Explain

Add your pickup details in the correct fields. Required fields include:

  • LTL (<10 pallets) or FTL (10+ pallets)

  • Products (you may also upload a packing list instead)

  • Estimated weight, pallet count, and pallet dimensions

  • Dock hours

 

Submit

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the blue button titled ‘Submit.’

 

Set Expectations

You will be auto-enrolled in email updates so that you can track your pickup status. Click on the “Notifications” tab to the left of the screen to turn all or specific status emails on/off.

Tip: If you have any issues or questions as you are putting in your pickup request, click on the purple button at the bottom right of the screen to speak to IT support. This chat function is monitored between 7:30am and 4:00pm from Monday - Friday (except holidays).
